June 9, 2025- In a recent social media update, Literature & More announced that its name has changed to Roxanne Edwards Corp.   "Literature & More has recently changed its name to Roxanne Edwards Corp to better embody the wholesomeness of the various services we offer," says the company's CEO and communications specialist.   Literature & More's chief objective was to offer services to boost and maintain literacy rates through the initiation of a boys and girls club that is both socially and academically driven, a book club, and by creating children's literature.   "We've found that the name Literature & More, though suitable for the concept, limited the breadth and scope of what we envisioned for our company; we want to be the strongest match of an outlet providing educational services that uniquely optimizes resources (both digital and physical) for effectively streamlining services that will help develop children outside of their normal academic arenas,"  states the company's CEO and communications specialist.                       

Founder, CEO. and communications specialist of Roxanne Edwards Corp- Roxanne Edwards, also emphasized the value of the name change for its clients, adding that "the name change is also significant because all the services which are prepped for ensuring students are the more rounded and scholarly versions of themselves, will be now identified with the name Roxanne Edwards Corp.  We no longer have to guess and spell what Literature & More means and if its services are strictly tied to the concept of literature, which it was not." 

Roxanne Edwards Corp is a non-profit organization; Its chief vision and mission are to provide students with a one stop shop in which they can use to enrich their educational experiences through the selection of multiple online services which are academical, social, and health focused in nature.  The company offers:

-A boys and girls club in which students can meet online or at scheduled times at a physical location for socializing on an academic basis in areas such as chess, coding, social ethics and norms, and finance lessons

- A spelling bee online club

- ELA tutoring, Spanish, and French lessons

-Nutritional classes 

-Limited funding opportunities for stay-at-home mothers in preservation of mental health

The company was initially founded as an LLC in the spring of 2023, with the recent name change and company status as a not for profit happening in May 2025.
